Rules of Artifical Turf Pitch
- The Artificial Turf Pitch is for members and recognized group only, users must present their valid membership cards for verification upon request by the duty officer of SCAA.
- Unless approval was given by the association, no other sports were permitted in the venue except soccer and rugby.
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a guardian.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the venue.
- No chewing gum, food and drinks within the pitch and the surrounding area.
- No spitting within the pitch.
- Pets and other livestock are not allowed to enter the pitch.
- User must wear proper sports clothing before entering the venue.
- For recognized group, a coach/teacher must be present before actual use.
- If recognized group reserved the venue for competition or other purposes, the consent by SCAA should being obtained.
- Only SCAA assigned coaches can perform teaching at the venue.
- All equipment should be returned to the original position after use. Relocation of equipment is strictly prohibited. Users will be liable and be required to compensate all losses and damages to the equipment or furniture at the market rate.
- No video/audio recording is allowed in the venue.
- Users may not wear long or metal stud sports shoes on the Artificial Turf Pitch.
- Users must leave the pitch at the end of the session booked, even if the activity in progress is not yet completed.
- Users may not make, publish, display or disseminate event-related publicity materials that contain false, biased, misleading or deceptive information. The may not expressly or by implication make reference to SCAA in any of the publicity materials without prior written permission of SCAA. They shall indemnify and keep SCAA indemnified against all claims, demands, actions or legal proceedings arising from any breach or non-observance of this provision.
- Any form of unauthorized publicity, commercial or otherwise, political propaganda, racist or provocative messages appearing on flags, banners, clothing, sportswear, accessories or, more generally, on any article or equipment whatsoever worn or used by spectators, athletes or other participants in the Pitch and / or Stadium is not permitted. All publicity regarding the event, all equipment being shown in the Pitch and / or Stadium, the consent by SCAA should being obtained.
- Users must comply with the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Safeguarding National Security in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and other relevant laws of Hong Kong in relation to the safeguarding of national security (“National Security Law”); and ensure that no act or activity which is likely to constitute or is likely to cause the occurrence of an offence endangering national security under the National Security Law or other laws of Hong Kong, or which would otherwise be contrary to the interests of national security, is engaged in the Pitch and / or Stadium.
- If any event involving the display or use or raising of the national flag, national emblem, the regional flag or regional emblem, the national flag-raising ceremony, or the playing or singing of the national anthem, users using the Pitch and / or Stadium shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations including but not limited to the National Flag and National Emblem Ordinance (Instrument A401), the Regional Flag and Regional Emblem Ordinance (Instrument A602)and the National Anthem Ordinance (Instrument A405).
- Users may not arrange admission of the public during the use of the booked facility as spectators, without the prior approval of the management.
- Users may not reserve the pitch for offering training courses, or other commercial or business activities, unless prior approval from SCAA is obtained.
- Users use the Artificial Turf Pitch at their own risk. SCAA and its management and employees, workers or agents shall under no circumstances be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind to the property of the Users or any other person or for any injury or death to the Users or any other person howsoever that loss, damage, injury or death may be caused.
- SCAA has the absolute rights to refuse/cancel the booking, refuse the admission or restrict the admission number in accordance with hygienic reasons or any other reasons, and/or impose additional terms for the use of the Artificial Turf Pitch which it deems appropriate.
- Users are welcome to contact the SCAA-Jockey Club Stadium Office for clarification of the above Rules and Regulations.
- SCAA reserves the right to amend the above Rules and Regulations in respect of the use of the Artificial Turf Pitch without prior notice.
Inclement Weather Arrangement
In case of stormy/inclement weather, or if the thunderstorm warning is issued, SCAA may make reference to the weather conditions, lightning warning and related information provided by the Hong Kong Observatory decide the opening status of the Football/Rugby Pitch. The Pitch will be closed when Tropical Cyclone Signal no. 3 or above, Thunderstorm Warning within 15 Km or Black / Red / Yellow Rainstorm Warning is issued.
If a confirmed booking has to be cancelled by SCAA owing to inclement weather or any unforeseen circumstances in accordance with Condition mentioned above, the User may apply for re-allocation of the unused session(s). However, the management does not guarantee the availability of any suitable session for re-allocation for certain reasons, including but not limited to, scheduled maintenance work, prevailing occupancy of the facility, or any other circumstances.
Rules of Covered Beach Ball Court
- The Beach Ball Court is for members and recognized group only, users must present their valid membership cards for verification upon request by the duty officer of SCAA.
- Unless approval was given by the association, no other sports were permitted in the venue except beach volleyball /beach tennis.
- Members are required to wear proper sports clothing without any footwear to enter the venue.
- Whenever enter or leave the beach court, users should clean their foot using shower facilities.
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a guardian.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the venue.
- No chewing gum, food and glass bottled drinks within the venue and the surrounding area.
- No spitting within the venue.
- Pets and other livestock are not allowed to enter the venue.
- For recognized group, a coach/teacher must be present before actual use.

- No more than 6 tennis balls are allowed for members. Except SCAA assigned coaches, no other coaching service or activities are allowed. SCAA has the right to stop the using of the court.
- For tennis court hiring, the maximum number of users at the same time is 4. (Except training courses)
- Unless approval was given by the association, no other sports were permitted in the venue except tennis.
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a guardian.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the venue.
- No chewing gum, food and glass bottled drinks within the venue and the surrounding area.

Rules of Outdoor Circular Jogging Track
- The Jogging Track is for members and recognized group only, users must present their valid membership cards for verification upon request by the duty officer of SCAA.
- Unless approval was given by the association, no other sports were permitted in the venue except running and jogging.
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a guardian.
- Entrants should pay attention to the running direction of the on-site users and cannot run in opposite direction with on-site users.
- Track spikes/metal stud sports shoes, training equipment are not permitted on the Jogging Track without present of coach.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the venue.
- No chewing gum, food and glass bottled drinks within the venue and the surrounding area.
- No spitting within the venue.
- Pets and other livestock are not allowed to enter the venue.
- User must wear proper sports clothing before entering the venue.
