Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the 2024 Annual General Meeting of South China Athletic Association will be held at 2/F Conference Room, Sports Centre (Low Block), 88 Caroline Hill Road, Causeway Bay, on Thursday 5 Dec 2024 at 17:30 hrs for the following purposes:



1. To receive and adopt the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 May 2023 together with the report of the Association and the independent auditor report.
2. To re-appoint FS Li & Co as auditor of the Association and to fix the remuneration of the auditor.
