Job Responsibilities
- Supervise team members to perform the routine building facilities inspection, maintenance and repairing works;
- Lead and train up the subordinates for strengthening the team competency;
- Ensure compliance of the building services systems with the relevant legislative requirements;
- Review, develop, execute and monitor the proper maintenance and operating procedures;
- To carry emergency repair works at different departments;
- Assist, coordinate with different departments on the maintenance works and the carrying out of the works
- Assist different departments to identify and formulate repair items, to secure proper and qualify tenderers for quotations and/or tenders.
- Coordinate with consultants, assist the out-sourcing works and evaluate the performance of contractors for any in-house projects;
- Serve and deal with different departments for following up the tasks as requested;
- Provide and respond to the technical support for any ad hoc or emergency issues when necessary;
- Handle documentation and reports writing for related job orders status;
- Manage the stock of the Maintenance Division and the issuance of payment vouchers;
- Assign staff duty roster and job allocation.
Requirements
- Diploma / Certificate holder of Building Services studies or equivalent;
- Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Grade B or above and Construction Industry Safety Training;
- At least 5 years supervisory and relevant job experience in building maintenance/repairing works including fire, plumbing, electrical, air-conditioning and ventilation;
- Possess job exposure to the hospitality/catering/recreational sector is advantageous;
- Knowledge of PC skills (MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing) is an asset;
- Able to communicate in English & Chinese

- To oversee the day-to-day operation, to make sure daily operation of the tennis courts smoothly.
- Train, lead and motivate attendants staff providing members with quality and efficient services.
- Ensure smooth operation of the Tennis courts including cleaning, safety and maintenance of the facilities.
- Provide good manner to the members and answer daily enquiries and deal with complaints.
- Handle counter duties, facilities bookings, carpark, course applications and annual tournament.
- Provide administrative support and logistics services.
- Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned by superior/management.
- Shift duty is required.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Sports/Recreation/Leisure/Hotel Management or related disciplines with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good Team Player, member-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
- Hands-on experience in MS Office.
- Hands-on PC skills in MS Office & Chinese word processing.
- Self-motivated, diligent and able to work independently.
- Willing to perform shift duty including Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays.

- Provide the exercise programme designed in a safe and effective way
- Design and execute exercise testing and health evaluation for client
- Take all necessary precaution to ensure client’s safety
- Proactively help members in using fitness equipment
- Provide guidance and corrective exercise for members using fitness equipment when necessary
- Keeping discipline of the fitness centre
- Assist in ad-hoc duties, activities or projects when required
Requirements
- Must hold internationally or locally recognized personal trainer certificate
- Higher Diploma or above in sports or exercise science related disciplines
- Specialization certifications preferred
- Must hold CPR, AED or First Aid Certificate
- Preferably experience in participating local or international Body Building / Boxing / Muay Thai competition
- At least 2 years of experience in fitness industry
- Excellent time management skill
- Able to work on shift
- Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
